The Brief

Green Isle Foods had launched a new range of delicious frozen pastas including tortellini and ravioli called Ottimo. The challenge was to drive trial of the products at a high footfall event to showcase the delicious new range and how easy it is to prepare.

The Project

Mixtape Marketing worked with Green Isle Foods to bring the Ottimo experience to Bloom 2023. Our team of trained chefs cooked and served the delicious Ottimo ravioli and tortellini to over 21k people over the course of the 5 day Bloom festival. Ottimo was cooked to perfection and served with a drizzle of oil and a light seasoning to let the products flavours speak for themselves!
