The Brief

Mixtape was tasked with managing and executing a full through the line campaign to sell tickets to the event and then run every element of the event itself.

The Project

Using a mix of ATL and BTL tactics, we developed a strategic plan to spread the word about this exciting event and encourage ticket sales. We secured a media partner across radio and digital platforms. We created print ads for The Irish Times and specific industry press. We created digital content for use on large format, outdoor screens and online advertising formats.

For the event itself we liaised with the venue and ticketing provider. We provided brand ambassadors to staff the event on the night. We branded the venue, stage and green rooms. We sourced all lanyards, wristbands and VIP credentials.
